A Bit About Us
Silvio Lopez is a Marine Corps Veteran, serving from 2000-2005 as a Huey Crew Chief with HMLA 369 and participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is no stranger to hard work and perseverance. He worked and went to school full-time, all while raising a young family. In 2011, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech in Atlanta. He is passionate about real estate investing as a means to build a family legacy. When he’s not ‘engineering’ and analyzing real estate deals, he is all-hands-on-deck at home and can be found fishing, camping and hiking with his kids.
Yaile Lopez is a wearer of many hats. She has a degree in Liberal Arts from Florida State University and is also a licensed real estate agent. She leads O&L Properties’ acquisitions as Momvestor. Her passion is to help people find solutions to their real estate problems. When she’s not wearing her business hat, she’s wearing her mom hat. She loves listening to real estate podcasts and reading, dances when no one is looking and hides to eat the chocolate her husband, Silvio, brings her home as a treat.

Agustina Ortega is the co-founder of O&L Properties LLC. She was born and raised in Granada, Nicaragua and has called USA home for more than 40 years. She has more than 30 years experience in the banking industry. She keeps the team grounded, and very well-fed, as only an Abuela can. She has a keen eye for color and design which she has passed down to some of her grand-children and can be counted on to keep us on task and on budget.
